The villa offers a selection of parking spaces; a convenient flight of stairs leads to the panoramic fresh water swimming pool and on the same level as the villa is a well kept garden with a lovely lawn.

The interior is made up of a large bright lounge with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom.

Outside there is another kitchen with an independent bathroom and an external shower, near a comfortable pergola with a large table to seat 12 people.

This is the perfect spot to host receptions and outdoor parties in spaces which extend out to the ample area between the garden and the swimming pool without the need to use the interior of the villa.

Beneath the terraces of the double bedrooms, there is a further annex which has a private bathroom and is perfect for friends or service staff.

Villa Torrino is situated in the comune of Forio, on the Island of Ischia in the Zaro district, one of the most fascinating, private and peaceful corners of the island.

The villa is situated in an exclusive location, surrounded entirely by green countryside, a few minutes’ walk from the clear blue sea in Punta Caruso and far from the noisy, crowded beaches. The town centre is less than 10 minutes drive away and there is also a bus stop a few hundred metres away.

Other prestigious villas are located nearby (this is the area where the Italian director Luchino Visconti and the English composer William Walton built their retreats), some famous films have been shot here (for example: Pieraccioni’s “Il Paradiso all’Improvviso) you can also visit the famous La Mortella gardens.

The comune of Forio is only a few minutes’ drive away, here you can visit the beautiful Chiesa del Soccorso church or spend a day at the island’s most characteristic thermal baths: Giardini Poseidon; along the way, you can admire the splendid beaches of San Francesco, Cava dell’Isola and Citara, as well as the Saracen style centre of Forio. Also only a few minutes away is the lovely, romantic town of Sant'Angelo and the bay of Sorgeto where thanks to the hot springs, you can also bathe at night.
